Come and try the fun and fascinating art of batik, drawing with a hot wax resist on fabric.
Working with motifs from fabric used in Spirella garments, you will produce a decorative and colourful panel.
We will draw out a design using traditional batik tools then add colour with fabric paints.
You will take home your finished panel and you may then choose to add further embellishment, make it up into a cushion cover etc or pop it into a picture frame.
Open to adults, and children over age 12 if accompanied by an adult.
Cost £35, all equipment and materials supplied.”
