My Silk Moth card is an adapted photo image of the silk moth I wove from waste silk fibres including an old Christian Dior silk scarf as part of my installation piece Ella and the Caterpillars a piece woven in response to the Spriella Campany played in making Irvin parachutes in Letchworth Garden City during the war. The artwork was created for a textile exhibition Spirella Unbound.
